Love your products, like your prices however I ordered components “in stock for immediate delivery”. Needed them ASAP, couldn’t upgrade delivery method. Took 8 days to print a label, didn’t get picked up by ups till day 10!
On January 28, this part was ordered. I am still awaiting a tracking details through UPS. This is for a customer who’s global valve coming off of their well leading to their irrigation supply as well as their residential water supply had broken and had a not isolated the line and cap the irrigation side off to restore water. This customer would still be without utilities. I haven’t received a tracking number out of the eight times I’ve called. I finally got through to one person and even still they couldn’t provide me with any details and this was over a week ago that I last spoke to them I have been charged. I have not received a notice that it has been shipped. I have not received the product. I would not recommend purchasing from this supplier, especially in emergency situations because of the lack of timely manner.

We have never gotten order and no one get back to me on email and they do not answer the phone. I just hope I haven't lost my money
Placed order and paid extra to have it delivered quicker. When item did not get delivered on the expected date, I tried to call but had to leave VM. I also sent two emails trying to get help. I finally had to dispute the transaction on my cc because I have not heard from anyone to this day.
HORRIBLE experience for me.
They went above and beyond. The fittings are very nice quality and they even called the manufacturer to help get shipped sooner

I bought the wrong fittings and then ordered the correct ones. I have reached out multiple times and I see about how to return the wrong fittings and have gotten no response. I’m happy with what I got I’m just not happy you’re not responding and sticking me with the incorrect ones

Who would purchase 1/2 of a Union? Especially knowing that they are all different and not interchangeable.
Paid for next day air. Did not come next day. Not even close. Fittings were fine.
Trupply filled my order perfectly as specified. The response was excellent! I do not often order pipe fittings as I run a small custom shop, however, I will be back to Trupply in the future!

The fitting arrived quickly and was as expected and advertised. Would buy from this site again. I will say it is a shame that the shipping cost exceeded the cost of the fitting.
