Sent wrong color, still hasn't responded to return request

Good quality boots the only thing was a little Nero for my feet.
Purchased 2 gauges on 5/14 and received on 5/18; however they wouldn’t fit my needs. Sent email on 5/21 explaining need to return or exchange. No answer. Mailed back on 5/23. No answer. Sent email thru site in early June ... still no answer to date.
After looking around the web ,I was able to find carbon steel weld in elbows and caps at Trupply. I was also pleased with the $ and quick shipping.
The parts look good... I haven't used them yet but see no potential problems.

I got what I ordered. However, the 5 million emails I received was not helpful. I need a confirmation email and an email telling me my order shipped. I don’t need an email telling me the person filling the order just finished taping up the box. Or, 3 emails telling me the order is ready to be shipped. Or, 4 emails asking me to rate my item and experience. Chill on the emails people.

This is the 2nd time I've done this... but, the parts are excellent. You inadvertently added someone else's name to the label. This caused a delay of several days in getting it delivered because UPS left it at one of their drop-off sites and had it recorded under the wrong name. I eventually found it and got it released but it was a pain in the neck.

I'm entirely satisfied with the parts I bought but, in addressing the package, you added another name - "Lorna Velasco". My name and proper address was there as well but UPS only recorded the first name in their system so I spent about 3 days and two phone calls tracking it around town until I found it.
Item arrived quickly and is exactly as pictured. Would order again.
