Our standard shipping time is 24-48 hrs depending on the product type.

MTRs will be either sent as a hard copy with the shipment or emailed to the address provided at the time of signup

Q4 - Can I request MTR for a previous order?

Q5 - Can I exchange or get refund on my product?

Yes. We offer free returns or exchange with-in 30 days of purchase. No restocking fee. If your item is more than 30 days old, please call our customer service and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
